Important note: We currently only ship to Denmark.
DK Domestic & International Shipping
Since all pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, please allow up to 3 weeks before delivery when placing an order at stille-studio.com. This may take a little longer if you are based outside of Denmark.
All orders are securely delivered by DAO (DK) or PostNord (INT) in a trackable package. Shipping costs are 43 DKK for orders within Denmark and 212 DKK for international shipping.
Online return policy.
We really hope that you’ll love your new jewelry. If however, you wish to return or exchange your purchase from Stille Studio please note the following:
Stille Studio accept returns – only by mail – within 14 days from the day you’ve received your parcel. Before returning you order, please let us know via e-mail, and keep your postage receipt as a proof that the parcel was sent. You are responsible for your return until the parcel reaches our office—therefore we highly advise to return the parcel with a trackable number.
Shipping costs will not be refunded or covered in case of return. Your refund will be provided as soon as we’ve received, checked and accepted the returned item.
In case of exchange, we offer same service as with returns. Please follow the instructions above and place a new order. We do not cover shipping costs for any exchange or refund on any order made.

Stille Studio POP—UP return policy.
Stille Studio POP—UP do not offer refunds — however we offer to exchanges to other jewelry or an online voucher.
Please note the Stille Studio POP—UP is closed after December 23 and only accept return and exchanges by mail. Shipping costs will not be refunded or covered in case of return/exchange.
Returns & exchanges accepted until January 8th 2024.
Incorrect or faulty items.
We hope that everything is just perfect—but if you receive an item which is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at info@stille-studio.com. For faulty items we offer replacement or full refund. However, this does not apply to flaws, damage or wear resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or from normal wear and tear.
